Using a multi-head CNC pipe cutting machine to ensure precise control of the length tolerance of each cutting piece. For components such as bushings and washers, secondary end face machining is not required.
Addressing the pain point of “skewed incision” caused by manual cutting. Our cutting verticality is controlled within 0.5° to ensure stable clamping of the parts on your machine fixture.
Each cutting part undergoes vibration grinding or mechanical deburring. According to your drawings, we can perform ID/OD Chamfering to protect your assembly workers from scratching their hands and prevent your fixtures from being worn out.
For small parts, we use divided cardboard boxes or vacuum formed packaging to ensure that they are not bumped, sweat-stained, or corroded during long-distance sea transportation.
