二. Use seamless steel pipe to do what treatment
1. Cutting treatment
Seamless steel pipe can be cut when in use. The purpose of cutting is to meet the needs of use. Therefore, the length and other dimensions should be measured before cutting, so as to meet the needs of use. When cutting to choose the right tools, generally metal saw, saw and other tools can be used to cut, at the same time at both ends of the fracture to do a good job of protection, that is, with fire resistant baffle sputtering sparks, hot hot beans.
2. Grinding treatment
After cutting the seamless steel pipe, the cut pipe mouth needs to be polished, which can be polished by an Angle grinder. The purpose of polishing is to avoid melting or burning of the plastic layer during welding operation, which will lead to pipeline damage.
3, coated plastic treatment
Seamless steel pipe after grinding, need to be coated with plastic protection, that is, at the mouth of the pipe with oxygen, C2H2 heating, there will be partial melting, and then smear on the plastic powder, must be smearing in place, and ensure uniform, if it is a flange, need to smear to the position above the waterline. When heating, the temperature should be controlled to avoid bubbles generated at too high a temperature, and to avoid the problem of falling off the plastic layer caused by melting the plastic powder at too low a temperature.
