It has high and uniform hardness and good wear resistance. It is used to make small section quenching and tempering parts with large load and large normalizing parts with small stress.
Usage: used for making various bearing rings and rolling bodies. For example: making internal combustion engine, electric locomotive, automobile, tractor, machine tool, steel rolling machine, drill Steel rollers and ferrules for transmission bearings of exploration machines, mining machinery, general machinery and high-speed rotating machinery with high load.

Standard: SKF/ ASTM/DIN/JIS/BS/GB.
Size(mm): OD:8mm ~ 101.6mm; WT:1.0mm ~ 10mm.
Length: Fixed(6m,9m,12,24m) or normal length(5-12m).
1. Ordinary annealing: heating at 790-810 ℃, furnace cooling to 650 ℃, air cooling – hb170-207.
2. Isothermal annealing: 790-810 ℃ heating, 710-720 ℃ isothermal, air cooling – hb207-229.
3. Normalizing: 900-920 ℃ heating, air cooling – hb270-390.
4. High temperature tempering: 650-700 ℃ heating, air cooling – hb229-285.
5. Quenching: 860 ℃ heating, oil quenching – hrc62-66.
6. Low temperature tempering: 150-170 ℃ tempering, air cooling – hrc61-66.
7. Carbonitriding: 820-830 ° C for 1.5-3 hours, oil quenching, – 60 ° C to – 70 ° C cryogenic treatment + 150 ° C to + 160 ° C tempering, air cooling – HRC ≈ 67.

Surface: Black, Peeled (K12), Turned & Polished (H10, H11), Precision Ground (H9, H8), Honed or SRB(H9, H8).
1. Cleanliness and freedom from objectionable microscopic slag type inclusions.
2. Shallow decarburized surface.
3. Good surface quality.
4. Excellent micro-structure uniformity.
5. Tight tolerances, resulting in reduced machine time.
6. Wear resistance, long service life.
Third Party inspection acceptable. such as SGS, BV etc.
1. Mainly used for manufacturing ordinary rolling bearing ring.
