ASTM1035 carbon steel bar is to be rolled from properly identified heats of mould cast or from strand cast steel. The identification of the Carbon Steel Grade 1035 bar is to be done with any one of the following processes i.e. a basic oxygen process, electric furnace process, or an open hearth process. Per this specification, steel specimens such as C35 Round bar are required to undergo certain tests.
